RIGHT season
There are rainy seasons around Thailand, we always have a plan in case it rains, but we still recommend our clients not to plan the wedding in certain areas in rainy months:

Rainy seasons:

Samui, Phangan - November, December and August

Pattaya - September, October

Krabi, Phuket - July, August, September

Thailand has lots of beautiful destinations to offer. Take the weather into account when deciding where to have wedding.
CHECK YOUR dress
Always check your dress and the groom's shirt as soon as you get to Thailand. It usually needs ironing after the plane. You can ask hotel's stuff to do it for you, and if steaming is necessary - ask your wedding planner to take care of it.
Some brides find out that their dress is wrinkled just before the ceremony and lose lots of time sorting that out.

PUT sunscreen
We are in tropical climate, it's hot and usually wet. If the couple or any of the guests forget about sunscreen before the event - the photographer can do nothing: you can't change red color of skin in the editor.
Although there is nothing new in this advice, it's always better when all guests get reminded to put on the sunscreen.

morning PREPARATION
The bride should get ready by the time the stylist comes: the head should already be clean and dry. Ideally you would send pictures of the hair style you like in advance so that the stylist can take all the needed instruments. If you are planning a high-profile event, take care of make up and hair repetition before wedding.

ChoosE between parting and photo shooting
Some couples want a breath taking love story from all the beautiful places of the dream destination. We recommend to plan a great photo shooting for another day. Of course, you will need to call the stylist and dress up twice, but first - you'll get a plenty of time to spend with dearest people on your main day, and second - this is the way you can try your hair and make up before shooting.

BOOK DIRECTLY
Try not to book a dj, artists and show program with premium villa's planning teams. They always double the price. You can contact all subcontractors directly or book with an agency like ours for the same price. We work with lots of different subcontractors and have a substantial discount from them because of the amount of weddings we organize. We constantly monitor the marker to find the best wedding talents available.

TAKE extra shoes
If you plan a huge photo session followed by an outstanding entertaining program with guests there is no way one pair of shoes would be enough for the whole day. Take some minimalistic bright shoes with no heels to fully enjoy the day. The wedding may take place on a sandy beach, on a lawn or indoors. Choose your shoes accordingly.
too expensive ceremony venues
Thailand has hundreds of beautiful beaches, and lots of resorts have a private beach venues you could use for a ceremony. Renting a beautiful private beach can cost less then $100, while private villas prices usually start from $700 a night
SECOND dress
The climate in Thailand is hot and if you plan to dance after a long day - comfortable cocktail dress for the evening will make the party much more enjoyable for the bride. We also recommend to get a white swimming suite - in case you want to get some beach photos.
SET-UP A dress code
Unfortunately, there is no magic about beautiful photos. It is mostly about planning. The maids dress cost starts from $50, ordering takes less then 15 minutes. We recommend three different options for a dress-code:
1. Order the dresses from your local shop or from China.
2. Rent the dresses upon arriving to Thailand.
3. Decide on a dress color palette and let the guests know about it.
