How a Phuket wedding works
A beautiful day begins with confidence in the details
Planning a wedding in another country feels difficult because of uncertainty, not distance. That is why we begin with format, guest count, date and how you want the day to feel — not with an arch or a flower list. After a short conversation, you receive a realistic venue direction and starting budget range.
Phuket offers an unusual mix of quiet beaches, private sea-view villas, yachts, resorts and tropical gardens. The picture is only part of the decision. We check access, privacy, sunset direction, tide, sound limits and a complete rain backup before recommending a venue.
PhuketWed is built on the WedTour team’s work in Thailand since 2014. More than 300 events taught us one important rule: the couple should not manage suppliers on their wedding day. One coordinator holds the timing, transport, setup, design, photography and programme while you stay present with the people you love.

Questions couples ask first
Can everything be planned remotely?+
Yes. Venue shortlists, concepts, budgets and supplier choices are agreed online. A site visit can be arranged after arrival if it adds value.
What is the best season for an outdoor event?+
November through April is usually more predictable. Green-season events can be beautiful, but require flexible timing and a complete indoor or covered backup.
Are the prices final?+
All public prices are starting points in USD. The final estimate depends on the date, venue, guest count, design and logistics, and is confirmed in a written proposal.
How quickly do you reply?+
We are available daily from 09:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time and normally reply within 15 minutes during working hours.
Do you organise legal marriage registration?+
Most destination couples choose a symbolic ceremony. Legal registration is a separate process; we can explain the current steps and recommend professional document support when needed.
