Costs & payment
Are the prices final?+
All public prices are starting points in USD. The final estimate depends on the date, venue, guest count, design and logistics, and is confirmed in a written proposal.
How quickly do you reply?+
We are available daily from 09:00 to 21:00 Bangkok time and normally reply within 15 minutes during working hours.
Weather & season
What is the best season for an outdoor event?+
November through April is usually more predictable. Green-season events can be beautiful, but require flexible timing and a complete indoor or covered backup.
What happens if it rains?+
Every outdoor venue needs an agreed covered scenario before the event, not a last-minute reaction. We monitor weather but never promise guaranteed conditions.
Documents
Do you organise legal marriage registration?+
Most destination couples choose a symbolic ceremony. Legal registration is a separate process; we can explain the current steps and recommend professional document support when needed.
Do we need documents for a symbolic ceremony?+
Usually no, because a symbolic ceremony does not change legal status. Exact requirements depend on added services and venue rules.
Preparation
Can everything be planned remotely?+
Yes. Venue shortlists, concepts, budgets and supplier choices are agreed online. A site visit can be arranged after arrival if it adds value.
How far ahead should we start?+
Four to nine months is comfortable for a guest wedding. Intimate events can sometimes be produced faster when date and venue are flexible.
